Best I’ve tried yet!

I’ve tried all kinds of thread conditioners, thread heaven, different types of beeswax and I thought thread heaven was my best. Well considering I used to buy it from Amazon at £3 and now costs around £7/£10 I refused to buy it. So I happened to find Hawthorn Handmade and thought I’d give it a go. The first pot I’m still using and that’s lasted me a solid 3 months and still going whereas any others have run out long before that. So I would absolutely recommend using it to anyone. One trick I found is when it was becoming dipped in the middle and higher at the sides after a fair bit of use,I used a heated teaspoon to soften the wax so I could flatten it all.

Gorgeous

I'd never used any kind of wax thread conditioner before. But the thing that drew me to Sew Fine Thread Gloss was the range of scents. I'm a sucker for anything lavender scented so gave it a try. If I'm honest I didn't expect much but I was surprised at what a difference it made, easier to thread the needle & goes through the material easier too. Plus it smells amazing!
